Humans have been nagging on me to blog here you go.
Regarding to my post abt my heart problems, it's not exactly about lack of exercise or too much stress. A lady even asked me if i'm active in sports when i was doing my ECG since my normal heartbeat is relatively low.
According to the cardiologist, i've got an extra heart capillary between the SA node and the AV node (yes it's what we've studied in bio), which sometimes causes a short circuit between the capillaries hence palpitation occurs.
I can really feel my heart pumping without feeling with my palm. It causes fatigue and uneasiness. Not sure if a surgery is needed so see how it goes when i see the doc next time.
